Nachdem am Samstag 10.000 Teilnehmer_innen auf dem Oranienplatz klar gemacht haben, dass es breiten Widerstand gegen die Asylrechtsversch\u00e4rfung gibt, sehen wir uns drei Tage vor der Abstimmung im Bundestag nochmal auf der Stra\u00dfe und fordern: Bedingungsloses Bleiberecht statt Abschiebeknast. Asylrechtsversch\u00e4rfung stoppen! <\/strong>Am 5. Mai um 17:30 auf dem Oranienplatz.<\/p>\n

Aufruf des B\u00fcndnisses f\u00fcr Bedingungsloses Bleibrechts:<\/p>\n

Bedingungsloses Bleiberecht statt Abschiebeknast. Asylrechtsversch\u00e4rfung stoppen!<\/strong>

\nDie Abschiebemaschinierie \u00f6len: ein zentrales Anliegen von PEGIDA. Regierungsmitglieder distanzieren sich \u2026 und ziehen w\u00e4hrendessen am gleichen Strang. Am 8. Mai wird der Bundestag \u00fcber die weitgehendsten Asylrechtsversch\u00e4rfungen seit den 90er Jahren abstimmen. Union und SPD wollen mit dem \u201eGesetzentwurf zur Neubestimmung des Bleiberechts und der Aufenthaltsbeendigung\u201c die massenhafte Inhaftierung von Gefl\u00fcchteten erm\u00f6glichen. Unter dem Deckmantel der lange geforderten Bleiberechtsregelung \u2013 die wieder nur einem kleinen Teil der Geduldeten zu Gute kommt \u2013 sollen gleich mehrere rassistische Entrechtungen verabschiedet werden. So soll es neue Gr\u00fcnde f\u00fcr die Abschiebehaft geben, die so umfangreich sind, dass sie auf fast alle Asylsuchenden zutreffen. Drei Beispiele:<\/p>\n

– alle Gefl\u00fcchteten, die schon einmal in einem anderen EU-Staat registriert waren \u2013 Knast
\n– alle Gefl\u00fcchteten, denen vorgeworfen wird bei ihrer eigenen Abschiebung nicht mitzuwirken \u2013 Knast
\n– alle Gefl\u00fcchteten, die eine bestimmt Summe an Fluchthelfer_innen gezahlt haben \u2013 Knast<\/p>\n

Und Haft ohne Verbrechen und ohne richterlichen Beschluss? M\u00f6glich f\u00fcr Asylsuchende in Deutschland.<\/p>\n

Der Entwurf sieht auch vor Einreise- und Aufenthaltsverbote f\u00fcr den gesamten Schengen-Raum auszuweiten. Fast alle Geduldeten werden davon betroffen sein und k\u00f6nnen dann auch aus humanit\u00e4ren Gr\u00fcnden keinen Aufenthalt mehr bekommen.<\/p>\n

Wir befinden uns damit am Vorabend einer einschneidenden Versch\u00e4rfung des Asylrechts, einer massiven Verschlechterung der Rechte und Lebensbedingungen von Gefl\u00fcchteten. Stoppen wir sie!

Lubricate the deportation machinery: a central concern of Pegida. Government officials distance themselves \u2013 while aiming at the same. On May 8th the Bundestag is going to vote on the most drastic tightening of the asylum laws since 1993. The \u201edraft law for the re-definiton of the right to stay and the termination of stay\u201c of CDU\/CSU and SPD makes mass-imprisonment of refugees possible. Under the cover of the long wanted right to stay \u2013 which again only applies to a small part of the \u201etolerated refugees\u201c \u2013 they want to pass more than just one racist deprivation of rights. For example new reasons for deportation imprisonment are being defined. The list is so broad, that it applys to almost every asylum seeker. Three examples:<\/p>\n

– all refugees, who were registered in another EU-State \u2013 prison
\n– all refugees, who are charged with not assisting in their own deportation \u2013 prison
\n– all refugees, who payed a amount for flight-aid-services – prison<\/p>\n

And imprisonment without crime and without court order? Possible for refugees in Germany.<\/p>\n

The draft also contains the extension of entry- and residence bans to the whole Schengen area. This would apply to nearly every \u201etolerated refugee\u201c, making a right to stay out of humanitarian reasons impossible too.<\/p>\n

We are therefore on the eve of a radical tightening of asylum laws, a massive worsening of the rights and living conditions of refugees in Germany. Let’s stop them! Because anti-racism means:

L\u2019une des pr\u00e9occupations majeures de PEGIDA est le graissage de la machine \u00e0 expulser. Des membres du gouvernement se sont distanci\u00e9s dans un premier temps de cette revendication \u2026 pour mieux l\u2019approuver ensuite. Le 8 mai prochain, le Bundestag adoptera le plus vaste durcissement du droit d\u2019asile depuis les ann\u00e9es 90. Avec le \u00ab\u00a0projet de loi sur la red\u00e9finition du droit de s\u00e9jour et la fin du s\u00e9jour\u00a0\u00bb, la CDU et le SPD visent \u00e0 permettre l\u2019incarc\u00e9ration de masse de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9_e_s. Sous le couvert de la r\u00e9glementation revendiqu\u00e9e de longue date relative au droit de s\u00e9jour \u2013 et qui ne profitera qu\u2019\u00e0 une petite partie des personnes avec le statut \u00ab\u00a0d\u2019\u00e9tranger tol\u00e9r\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb \u2013, le gouvernement se saisit de l\u2019occasion pour adopter plusieurs privations de droit racistes. Ainsi, de nouveaux motifs permettront le placement en centre de r\u00e9tention. Ces motifs sont si vastes qu\u2019ils concerneront quasiment tous les demandeurs et demandeuses d\u2019asile. Trois exemples\u00a0:<\/p>\n

– pour tou_te_s les r\u00e9gugi\u00e9_e_s qui ont d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 inscrit_e_s dans un autre pays de l\u2019UE\u00a0: r\u00e9tention
\n– pour tou_te_s les r\u00e9gugi\u00e9_e_s \u00e0 qui il est reproch\u00e9 de ne pas collaborer \u00e0 leur propre expulsion\u00a0: r\u00e9tention
\n– pour tou_te_s les r\u00e9gugi\u00e9_e_s qui ont vers\u00e9 une certaine somme \u00e0 des passeurs ou passeuses\u00a0: r\u00e9tention<\/p>\n

La prison sans crime et sans d\u00e9cision judiciaire\u00a0? Une r\u00e9alit\u00e9 future pour les demandeurs et demandeuses d\u2019asile en Allemagne.<\/p>\n

Le projet de loi pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement d\u2019\u00e9largir les interdictions d\u2019entr\u00e9e sur le territoire et de s\u00e9jour \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019espace Schengen. Quasiment tous les \u00ab\u00a0\u00e9trangers tol\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00a0\u00bb seront concern\u00e9s et n\u2019obtiendront plus de droit de s\u00e9jour, m\u00eame au titre de motifs humanitaires.<\/p>\n

Nous sommes ainsi \u00e0 la veille d\u2019un durcissement d\u00e9cisif du droit d\u2019asile, d\u2019une d\u00e9t\u00e9rioration massive des droits et des conditions de vie des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9_e_s. Refusons-les\u00a0!
